  • Facility Access Agreement for Moving Companies

    If you're planning on using a moving company for your upcoming appointment at a MakeSpace facility, we ask that you send them the below Facility Access Agreement.

    This agreement should be signed by an authorized representative of the moving company and sent to support@makespace.com in advance of the scheduled appointment date.

  • Sample Certificate of Insurance for Moving Companies

    If you're using a moving company for your upcoming appointment at a MakeSpace facility, they'll need to send a Certificate of Liability Insurance to support@makespace.com at least 72-hours prior to the start of the appointment. 

    The certificate should be filled out using the below sample certificate as a reference.

    Note that this is a pretty standard requirement for most moving companies, and they should be able to provide a certificate without much difficulty. Contact our Customer Support team if you're having any issues, and we'll see what we can do to help!
