  • How much do appointments at the MakeSpace store cost?

    Appointments scheduled at the MakeSpace store are exempt from standard service fees*! 

    *Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are still subject to the standard $100 fee.

  • How can I book an appointment at the MakeSpace store?

    MakeSpace customers can book in-store pickups and drop-offs online via our iPhone app. Simply toggle to ‘Self Service’ when booking an appointment and select the MakeSpace store.

  • Is there a limit on the items I can pick up and drop off at the MakeSpace store?

    Yes. For an in-store pickup or drop-off—items need to weigh below 40 lbs and not be over 4 ft in length, width or height.

    If you’re picking items up at the store, the total size of all items must be less than 100 cubic feet. 

    Please don’t store liquids, perishables, or combustibles. See the full list of prohibited items here.

  • Can I sort through my items at the store?

    Due to COVID-19 capacity limitations, customers are not able to sort or organize items in the store.
